1) Competition closes 28th February 2010
2) Prizes are not transferable and\or negotiable.
3) Any violation or attempt to violate any of the rules will result in the immediate disqualification of all people involved.
4) The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5) The prize will be delivered within 30 working days after the selection/draw.
6) The winner will be contacted via e-mail to determine where the prize is to be delivered.
7) By entering the competition you will be subscribed to hpshop’s weekly newsletter base, in which you can unsubscribe at any time.
8) Subscription to hpshop’s weekly newsletter base means you will receive a regular marketing e-mail from hpshop.
9) By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by hpshop, participants further agree to be bound by our Internet terms and conditions which are set out on www.hpshop.co.za
10) Winners will have to verify identities, in person, by presenting a valid South African identity document or a valid driver’s license.
11) You may enter the competition as many times as you want to buy you may not use any automated system to enter the competition.
12) You will only enter e-mail addresses that you know to be valid.
13) The draw will take place on the 18th March 2010.
